Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Management

- Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure academic standards are maintained.

- Monitor lesson plans, classroom activities, and teaching effectiveness.

- Support teachers in academic planning and execution.

- Admission Support

- Support the admissions team in handling parent enquiries and admission processes.

- Assist with school tours, parent interactions, and admission follow-ups.

- Help achieve admission targets.

- Parent Communication

- Build positive relationships with parents.

- Address parent queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.

- Ensure timely communication regarding children's progress and school activities.

- Team Management

- Supervise and coordinate teachers and support staff.

- Guide, mentor, and support the teaching team.





- Monitor team performance and ensure smooth daily operations.

- Lead Teacher Responsibilities

- Provide academic guidance and support to teachers.

- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

- Ensure effective classroom management and teaching practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
