Hiring: Operations Head Hospital Operations

Location: Kashipur and Jammu

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: MBA/MHA – Hospital Administration preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day hospital operations across OPD & IPD.

Ensure smooth patient flow, admission, discharge and bed management.

Monitor bed occupancy, LOS, waiting time and other key operational metrics.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing, diagnostics, billing, front office and support departments.

Drive billing coordination, pending dues follow-up and timely discharge.

Handle patient/attendant grievances and resolve operational issues.

Ensure NABH compliance, audits, documentation and process adherence.

Coordinate MLC cases, local liaisoning and other operational requirements.





Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

8–12 years of experience in hospital operations/administration.

Strong exposure to OPD/IPD, patient flow, bed management and hospital coordination.

Experience in NABH audits/compliance and operational documentation.

Robust leadership, communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
