- Key Responsibilities 
- Retail Business Leadership: Lead the overall retail business strategy and ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and key retail performance indicators across all exclusive store formats. 
- Sales &
- Performance Management: Drive revenue growth, improve store productivity, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve business objectives. 
- Retail Operations: Establish, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures, operational guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across stores. 
- Omnichannel Strategy: Drive omnichannel initiatives, integrated sales platforms, consumer engagement programs, and seamless customer experiences across online and offline channels. 
- Store Expansion: Identify recent business opportunities, evaluate potential retail locations, develop expansion strategies, and establish relationships with retail partners and other relevant stakeholders. 
- Customer Experience: Enhance the in-store shopping experience through effective service standards, customer engagement initiatives, and continuous improvement in retail execution. 
- Visual Merchandising:



Ensure effective implementation of visual merchandising standards, product presentation, and brand guidelines across all stores. 
- Marketing &
- Campaigns: Collaborate with the Retail Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, consumer programs, product launches, and seasonal retail initiatives within defined timelines. 
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor retail teams, including regional and area-level leadership, while driving accountability, productivity, and performance excellence. 
- Retail Intelligence &
- Analytics: Analyse sales trends, consumer behaviour, store performance, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes. 
- Incentive Programs: Develop effective sales incentive programs for store teams and promoters to support revenue growth and target achievement. 
- Business Planning &
- Reporting: Prepare annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reviews while ensuring effective cost management and operational control.
