We're hiring a Head of Growth at DREAMS ?

DREAMS is building India's home for AI-made films, series and micro-dramas, in Hindi, Hinglish and regional languages. Our studio puts out new stories every week. What we need now is the person who makes all of India find them.

The brief is simple and huge:

→ Take our socials from 12K to 500K followers across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and LinkedIn, with YouTube alone at 100K+

→ Turn that audience into DREAMS app installs and daily viewers

→ Make watchdreamsapp.in a site that converts, not just one people visit

What you'll own

- The full growth engine: social, app installs, website, SEO, paid, creators and partnerships
- Our content calendar and release strategy for every film and series drop
- App store presence, onboarding and retention experiments, working directly with product
- The numbers: you set the targets, run the dashboards and report wins and misses straight to the founder
