Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head – Fundraising to drive AUM growth through direct investor acquisition and channel partnerships, focusing on HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, and institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead fundraising strategy and achieve AUM and capital mobilisation targets.
- Acquire and manage HNI, UHNI, Family Offices, and institutional investors.
- Develop channel networks across CPs, IFAs, MFDs, RIAs, and wealth management firms.
- Build and lead direct fundraising and channel sales teams.
- Drive investor meetings, presentations, negotiations, and capital closures.
- Develop strategic relationships with wealth management firms and distribution partners.
- Monitor fundraising pipelines, partner performance, and business growth.
- Coordinate with Investment, IR, and Compliance teams.

Candidate Requirements




- 12–15 years of experience in Fundraising, Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record in HNI/UHNI fundraising and channel-driven AUM mobilisation.
- Solid network of HNI/UHNI investors, Family Offices, CPs, IFAs, MFDs, and RIAs.
- Experience in AIF, PMS, Structured Credit, Debt, or Alternative Investments preferred.
- Prior team leadership and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Postgraduate qualification is mandatory; CFA, CFP, NISM certifications preferred.

Additional Requirements
- Candidate Preference: Local candidates only; no relocation.
- Budget: As per market standards, with a 15–20% hike on last drawn CTC.
- Notice Period: Up to 45 days, with a confirmed Last Working Day (LWD).
- Employment Type: Permanent Role.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
