Pay: upto ₹50,000 per month (negotiable for the right candidate)

Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Experience: 5 to 11 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef for a new restaurant setup, with robust expertise in Continental cuisine. You will lead the kitchen, develop the menu, and make sure food quality and consistency stay excellent. Candidates based in Lucknow are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Lead kitchen operations for the new setup
- Develop and refine the Continental menu
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and consistency
- Manage kitchen staff, workflow and daily preparation

Requirements
- 5 to 11 years of experience as a Chef, preferably in Continental cuisine
- Strong culinary skills and menu development experience
- Ability to maintain consistent quality across all dishes
- Willing to work 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Local Lucknow candidates preferred
