About the Role:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead upper-funnel growth initiatives across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and emerging app engagement channels. The role demands deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel performance, platform-specific efficiency, and an innovation mindset to drive scale, efficiency, and customer quality.

Key Responsibilities:

? Plan and manage digital marketing – SEO/SEM, social media, and display campaigns

? Build and execute campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels

? Measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs

? Optimize install campaigns – CPI, installation rates, and post-install performance

? Manage programmatic campaigns – ideation to media planning and optimization

? Track App engagement metrics – MAU, DAU, and converting users

? Drive app acquisition and engagement efficiencies through targeting and creative excellence

? Plan,



execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

? Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages and user experience

? Manage budgets and financials for digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:

✅ 7–9 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google, Meta, app-focused platforms)

✅ Solid understanding of audience strategy, media planning, attribution models, and martech

✅ Proven success in digital acquisition, campaign ROI, and new user retention

✅ Deep analytical skills – cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, incrementality testing

✅ Strategic thinker with a data-first approach

✅ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

✅ Capability to mentor and grow junior team members

✅ Prior experience in beauty, fashion, D2C, or consumer tech is a plus
