About the RoleWe’re looking for a Group Head – Brand Solutions to take on a senior leadership role within Scribbld’s Brand Solutions team.

This is a player-coach role. You will own a portfolio of key accounts while leading and supervising a team of 10–15 people, including Senior Brand Solutions Leads and other team members.

You will be responsible for the quality of work, client relationships, team performance, strategic direction and overall health of the accounts under your portfolio.

What You'll Own

- Lead and grow your own portfolio of key client accounts.
- Provide strategic and creative direction across your accounts and the wider team portfolio.
- Lead, mentor and supervise a team of 10–15 people.
- Review account performance, deliverables, client communication and team output.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive account growth.
- Step in on key escalations, pitches and strategic decisions.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Design, Video, Performance, SEO, Production and BD.
- Identify opportunities for retention, growth and scope expansion across the portfolio.
- Set high standards for ownership, quality and accountability within the team.

What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years of experience in an advertising,



digital or creative agency. Agency experience is essential.
- Experience managing multiple brands and leading teams.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking.
- Excellent client and communication skills.
- Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle pressure, conflict and escalations with maturity.
- Someone who can balance hands-on account ownership with leadership of a larger team.
- Strong ownership, commercial understanding and decision-making skills.
