Role Description The Graphic Designer – Design & Video is a full time role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves creating visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, product brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and internal communication collateral. The designer will develop and refine brand-aligned graphics, logos, and layouts for LED product lines, as well as storyboard, design, and edit short videos for product promotions, tutorials, and corporate communications.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand requirements,



translating technical lighting concepts into clear visuals, and preparing design files optimized for web, print, and video platforms. The role also includes maintaining brand consistency, managing design libraries, and supporting campaign-related creative needs on tight timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital, print, and video-related visual communication.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent visual identity across products and channels.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to create clear, readable, and aesthetically aligned designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret technical product information and convert it into engaging visual and motion content.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing design and video work is required.
