Role Description The Graphic Designer will work in office in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, creating visual assets that support Sayba Group’s brand and real estate projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing marketing collaterals such as brochures, social media creatives, digital ads, presentations, and project branding materials. The role involves developing and refining logos and visual identities for projects, selecting and applying typography, and ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints.

Role Overview





We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience and a background in real estate to develop engaging designs for property marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Design brochures, flyers, hoardings, banners, site branding, and sales presentations for real estate projects.
- Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, emailers, and promotional materials.
- Develop visual concepts for project launches, festive campaigns, and property promotions.
- Maintain consistent branding across print and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign requirements and deliver effective designs.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality output.
- Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.

- Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of graphic design experience, with real estate experience mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layout, and brand guidelines.
- Experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.
- Ability to translate project briefs into clear, visually appealing creatives.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and strong time-management skills.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
