Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kottakkal.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for brand campaigns, digital content, and marketing materials, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, designing logos and brand identities, producing graphics for web and social media, and refining layouts and typography for various formats. The role involves collaborating closely with strategists, marketers,



and production teams to translate business and marketing goals into clear, impactful visual communication.

The Graphic

Designer will also participate in creative reviews, prepare files for production, and maintain a high standard of design quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual communication across digital and print.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including development of brand identities, visual systems, and design guidelines.
- Proficiency in Typography, with capability to select and apply typefaces that support readability, hierarchy, and brand expression.
- Knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar) and basic production workflows.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, layout skills, and work aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site workplace.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media content formats is an advantage.
