We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead electrical maintenance at our polymer compounding plant in Ganaur.
Key responsibilities
- Maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, DG sets, drives, PLCs and extruder controls
- Preventive and predictive maintenance planning to reduce downtime
- Energy management and power factor control
- Electrical safety and statutory compliance
- Leading the electrical team across shifts
- Electrical work for new lines and expansion projects
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Background in plastics, extrusion or another continuous-process industry
