The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, video editing, motion graphics, and modern creative tools. The candidate should be comfortable working on diverse creative projects, maintaining brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions.

Job OverviewAs a Creative Designer at GoForSys Technologies, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing creative assets across multiple digital platforms. You will work on graphic design projects, website and application interfaces, marketing creatives, promotional videos, animations, and other visual communication materials.

We are looking for a professional who has a strong design sense, an eye for detail, a good understanding of user experience, and the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities1. Graphic Design & Visual Communication

- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with company branding and communication requirements.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colour schemes, layouts, and overall visual identity.
- Design engaging digital and promotional assets for various platforms.

2. UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing website and application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.




- Conduct design research and understand user requirements to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
- Maintain consistency in UI components and design systems.

3. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

- Edit and produce engaging videos for marketing, promotional, and digital communication purposes.
- Create animations, transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- Work on video content for social media, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality video output with appropriate visual storytelling and editing techniques.

4. Creative Innovation & AI Tools

- Explore and implement AI-powered creative tools to improve design productivity.
- Experiment with new design techniques, trends, and creative approaches.
- Develop creative visual concepts for branding and digital campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia production.

5. Collaboration & Project Management

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary design improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned creative tasks and projects.

Required Technical Skills
- Graphic Design: Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, layouts, typography, and visual composition.
- UI/UX Design: Hands-on experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences.
- Figma: Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interface designs.
- Adobe Photoshop: Expertise in image editing, manipulation,



and creative compositions.
- Adobe Illustrator: Experience in vector graphics, illustrations, and branding assets.
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Strong video editing and post-production skills.
- Adobe After Effects: Knowledge of animation, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- AI Creative Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for generating and enhancing creative content.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in Creative Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across graphic design, UI/UX, and multimedia projects.
- Excellent creative thinking, visual communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to understand and execute creative requirements.
