Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves developing visual concepts and designs for brand campaigns, digital content, and entertainment-focused communication materials.

The Graphic Design

Specialist will create graphics, logos, and branding assets, prepare artwork for print and digital channels, and perform image editing and optimization. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and partners, interpreting creative briefs, maintaining brand consistency across all materials, and preparing design files in appropriate formats.



The specialist will also contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling and support ongoing marketing and communication initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design to produce high-quality visual content across digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for projects and partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing to refine, retouch, and optimize visuals for various platforms and formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent) is expected.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, branding work, and digital design projects is required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment are beneficial.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design, are valued.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
