Role Description The Graphic Design Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role involves designing visual assets for corporate events, weddings, and other functions, including logos, event branding, signage, digital and print collateral, and social media graphics. The specialist will collaborate closely with event planners and clients to translate concepts and themes into visual identities, ensuring consistency across all event materials.

Day-to-day tasks include creating design layouts, refining artwork based on feedback, editing images,



preparing files for print and digital use, and meeting project deadlines. The role may also support the team with creative input on overall event aesthetics and presentations.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to develop visually appealing concepts for diverse event types.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities for corporate and wedding clients.
- Experience with Image Editing, including retouching, color correction, and preparing images for print and digital channels.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software ( Coral Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent tools).
- A portfolio demonstrating creative, high-quality design work, preferably related to events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
