Responsibilities

- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations across onboarding, employee documentation, HR systems, attendance, leave, and employee query management.

- Assist in recruitment coordination activities, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, documentation checks, and coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders.

- Support new hire onboarding activities such as joining formalities, induction coordination, employee file creation, and completion of required HR documentation.

- Maintain and update employee records, HR trackers, reports, presentation and dashboards with accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in employee engagement, HR communication, training coordination, and employee connect initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as payroll, admin, finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of HR-related actions.

You have

- Academic background:



Graduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Previous experience: Fresher
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic reporting tools.

- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders.

- High attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

- Quick learner with a positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to support multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
