We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager (GM) - Construction to lead our project execution teams, oversee multi-site construction operations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution &
- Leadership:

Provide strategic and operational direction across all active construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.

- Budget &

- Financial Management:

Monitor project budgets, cost-tracking, cash flow forecasts, and RA (Running Account) bills to maximize profitability.

- Schedule &

- Milestone Control:

Establish master project schedules, track micro-schedules, and mitigate site delays or bottlenecks.

- Stakeholder &

- Vendor Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact for architects, structural consultants, government authorities, clients, and major subcontractors.

- Quality &

- Safety Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to building codes, engineering standards,



quality control protocols, and OSHA/site safety guidelines.

- Resource &

- Team Management:

Lead site engineers, project managers, and administrative staff; optimize labor, plant, and material deployment.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering(B Tech) or Construction Management.

- Experience: Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects(20-25 Years).

- Skills:

- Robust project estimation, value engineering, and contract negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera), and ERP systems.

- Exceptional leadership, crisis management, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
