Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Production Manager located in Indore.

The Furniture Production

Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production of furniture products, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production processes.



They will work closely with the production team to plan and schedule production activities, manage inventory, and monitor production efficiency.

Manager will also collaborate with other teams such as design, engineering, and quality assurance to ensure seamless production operations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in furniture production management or a similar role
- Knowledge of machinery, processes and systems in furniture manufacturing
- Scheduling of production
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and techniques
- Proficiency in project management and ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
