The SAP ERP Procurement Functional Lead will lead the design, delivery, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Procurement solutions across the global business environment. The role will act as the functional SME for SAP Procurement across ECC and S4HANA environments, supporting multiple geographies and template solutions, while playing a key role in the company's S4HANA transformation roadmap. The role combines SAP Procurement functional expertise with business consulting skills to ensure the delivery of scalable, business-focused solutions and requires strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively across business, IT, implementation partners and global teams.

Making an impact. What will you do?

- You will lead SAP Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement programs
- And provide functional leadership for SAP Procurement solutions, driving solution design, process optimization, and adoption of SAP best practices
- Ownership in end-to-end procurement processes and ensure alignment with business objectives, enterprise standards, and operational requirements
- Lead the delivery of SAP Procurement capabilities, including integration with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and related enterprise applications
- Also, partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions and successful transformation outcomes
- You are going to provide governance, oversight, and senior functional guidance across SAP Procurement projects, programs, and support services
- And foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the SAP Functional community

partner with global functional leads to align resource capacity, delivery priorities, organizational objectives, and workforce strategies

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- Must have Master’s in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- SAP certification in SAP MM, SAP Procurement, and/or SAP S/4HANA Procurement preferred
- Additional certifications in SAP Ariba, SAP SRM, project management are advantageous
- With 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, including at least 8 years in SAP Procurement and proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement implementations and transformation initiatives
- And extensive experience in SAP Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes within complex enterprise environments
- You must have experience working as a lead functional consultant or workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, including design governance, risk identification, and stakeholder management. Proven experience leading Projects with geographically distributed teams and operating within global delivery models across regions, cultures, and time zones
- With experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders and global functional leads
- Must have experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP SRM, including integration and coexistence with SAP S/4HANA or ECC, is desirable
