Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to building and scaling the idto.ai platform.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, building robust backend services, integrating third-party APIs, and developing scalable solutions across our product ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, a good understanding of software architecture, and the ability to independently take ownership of features from development to deployment.

This is an opportunity to work on real-world fintech, RegTech, API orchestration, and identity verification challenges in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platform components.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces and dashboards.
- Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and verification service providers across KYC, KYB,



identity verification, fraud detection, and related domains.
- Build and maintain API orchestration workflows, including request routing, response standardization, error handling, and fallback mechanisms.
- Work with databases to design efficient schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data consistency.
- Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and data protection mechanisms.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Take ownership of assigned modules and ensure timely delivery of features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in full stack web application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React.js or Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integrations, webhooks, and JSON-based communication.
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth 2.0, and API key-based authentication.




- Familiarity with cloud platforms, application deployment, and server management.
- Good understanding of debugging, application security, performance optimization, and scalable software architecture.

Good to Have

- Previous experience working in fintech, SaaS, RegTech, or API-driven technology companies.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling complex API workflows.
- Understanding of KYC, KYB, identity verification, payment systems, or financial technology.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, or other cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience building developer-facing platforms, API dashboards, or SaaS products.
