We are currently looking to onboard a fresh cohort of Diploma Trainee Engineers and BSc graduates for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. This chance allows students to begin their professional journey in a world-class industrial environment, relatively close to home. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates from Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Mathematics, Physics, and Instrumentation streams who are eager to apply their knowledge in a high-speed, automated manufacturing setup.

Compensation & Benefits

At HFCL, we believe in empowering our employees through a comprehensive support system. The selected candidates will receive a total monthly package of up to 24,700/-, which includes:

- Base stipend: 18,800/- per month
- Attendance allowance: 2,400/- per month
- Performance-based production incentives: Up to 3,500/- per month

In addition, we offer:

- Company guesthouse accommodation for 10–12 days during initial relocation

Learning & Development Selected trainees will gain hands-on experience in Production and Quality functions, working with advanced machinery and global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key areas of exposure include:

- Optical Fibre & Cable (OF & OFC) manufacturing processes
- Quality testing techniques such as OTDR (Optical Time-Domain Reflectometer), attenuation testing, and tensile strength analysis
- Exposure to automated production systems and quality assurance protocols

Key Responsibilities

Production:

- Operate and monitor OF & OFC manufacturing machinery
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
- Support production targets and workflow
- Assist in troubleshooting and basic maintenance
- Maintain workplace safety standards

Quality:

- Conduct in-process and final inspections
- Perform quality tests (training provided)
- Maintain quality records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO and internal standards
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Telecommunication)
- BSc (Mathematics / Physics)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Physically fit for a manufacturing environment
