Role & responsibilities
Shipment Operations: Organize and track air and sea shipments (FCL/LCL) from origin to destination; provide real-time updates to clients.
Documentation & Compliance: Issue key transport documents (HBL/MBL, HAWB/MAWB, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin) adhering to customs rules and Incoterms 2020.
Pricing & Billing: Negotiate freight rates with carriers, issue client quotes, and process operational job costing and invoicing.
Client Relations: Manage daily inquiries, resolve shipping delays, and liaise with overseas agents and customs brokers.
