We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A; / Business Finance Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis.

The candidate will work closely with finance, delivery, and operations teams to monitor project and portfolio profitability, analyse financial performance, identify cost optimisation opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and rolling financial plans.
2. Analyse actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts and previous periods.
3. Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, KPI summaries and management presentations.
4. Monitor project-level revenue, costs, profitability, resource utilisation and operating expenses.
5. Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to understand financial requirements and business performance.
6. Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate hiring, resource allocation, utilisation and cost impacts.
7. Support P&L; monitoring, revenue forecasting, cost management and margin improvement initiatives.
8. Identify financial risks, cost variances and opportunities for operational efficiency.
9. Perform headcount planning, resource-cost forecasting and project profitability analysis.
10. Improve financial reporting processes through Excel automation, Power Query and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis or Financial Reporting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis,



and financial modelling.
- Good knowledge of P&L;, revenue, cost management, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
- Ability to analyse large datasets and convert financial information into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Power BI, Power Query or similar reporting and data visualisation tools.
- Experience in IT services, technology or project-based business environments.
- Knowledge of project revenue, delivery costs, headcount planning, resource utilisation and margin analysis.
- Experience working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of financial reporting automation and process improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in financial planning and analysis, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to interpret financial data to support business decisions. Experience in IT services or project-based organisations, particularly in project profitability, resource utilisation and cost management, will be an added advantage.
