We are looking for a Founding Marketing Intern who can evolve into a Marketing Lead.

Start: 2nd week of November

We are building a concept that needs a marketing + sports nut who wants to experience the full 0→1 journey. You start as our founding marketing intern and grow into our marketing lead.

What you'll actually do

- Run our socials day to day: X, Instagram, YouTube Shorts
- Make the stuff fans share: daily puzzle posts, result cards, stats debates
- Get into cricket communities (Reddit, X stats accounts, college and office groups) and earn our place there
- Talk to players every week and bring back what they love, hate and ignore




- Track what works: shares, return rate, where new players come from
- Shape the product with us, not just market it

What we need from you
- Hustle: you ship, then you improve
- Clarity: you write and think simply
- Ball knowledge: you can argue Bevan vs Dhoni in ODIs and back it with numbers
- Product sense and user empathy: you notice why people do what they do
- A B2C instinct: you know what makes a normal person tap, share and come back
- Works transparently when remote: updates without being chased
- Gets things done
- Ideally 0–2 years of experience. Students and fresh grads welcome.
