Salary: ₹30,000 per month (in-hand)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and responsible individual to work directly with the founder and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the agency. The role involves managing internal teams, coordinating client accounts, driving execution and ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all internal teams, including Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Performance Marketing.
- Ensure smooth coordination, accountability and timely execution across all teams.
- Monitor client accounts, deliverables, content calendars and ongoing projects.
- Attend regular client meetings with respective teams and ensure client expectations are met.
- Identify potential issues, resolve bottlenecks and ensure problems are addressed before they escalate.
- Work directly with the founder to execute business priorities, manage important initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Develop and improve internal processes,



workflows and reporting systems.
- Take ownership of day-to-day operations and ensure the agency runs efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, operations, project management or account management.
- Positive understanding of social media, performance marketing, creative production and website development.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly organised, proactive and capable of taking independent decisions.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and responsibility.

What We Are Looking For: Someone who can act as an extension of the founder, take charge of operations, keep teams accountable, manage client relationships and ensure that things get done without constant supervision.
