- Automation & Excellence-Build PowerShell frameworks automate provisioning, config & deployment
- Operational Leadership- Own P1/P2 incidents, Major Incident bridges, RCA & Problem Management
- Process & Governance- Create standards, runbooks, service health dashboards & CSI initiatives
- Stakeholder Management- Trusted advisor lead technical workshops & executive-level briefings

Bachelors in CS, IT, or related field

Global enterprise scale (50,000+ endpoints)

Preferred Certifications MS Endpoint Administrator Associate

Azure Admin / Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Enterprise Administrator Expert, ITIL v4
