Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to achieve business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, monitor progress, and report status updates.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and senior management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in Pharma industry with expertise in project planning, execution, monitoring & control.
- Robust understanding of PMP principles (PMI)
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
