About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Seller Advertisement Executive to support sellers on Flipkart by helping them effectively manage and optimize their advertising requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting sellers in planning, creating, launching, optimizing, and monitoring advertising campaigns on the Flipkart Ads platform. The objective is to enhance product visibility, improve campaign performance, and maximize advertising ROI.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Flipkart Seller Support, PAM Processes, Account Management, or Sales, including sales experience in the stock market, who are interested in building a career in e-commerce and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage seller advertisement queries and act as the primary point of contact for sellers.
- Assist sellers in creating, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Flipkart Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Identify and resolve issues related to advertising campaigns, billing, and ad delivery.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and seller interaction reports.
- Achieve defined KPIs related to seller satisfaction, campaign performance, and ad revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of seller queries and escalations.




- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with sellers.

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory) Candidates must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience in any ONE of the following:

Flipkart Seller Support

PAM Process

Account Management

Sales Executive (including stock market sales)
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
