Role Description The Finance Manager – Zoho Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting using Zoho applications. The individual will configure, maintain, and optimize Zoho Finance Suite (such as Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory, and related tools) to support accurate data capture, automation, and customized reporting for hotel operations.

The Finance

Manager will collaborate with operations, procurement, and senior management to analyze financial performance, support forecasting, ensure compliance with local regulations, and recommend process improvements. The role also includes monitoring internal controls, preparing audit-ready documentation,



and providing training and support to team members on Zoho workflows and financial procedures.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and hotel or hospitality finance experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Zoho Finance Suite (e.g., Zoho Books, Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory) and ability to configure, integrate, and optimize Zoho-based financial workflows.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and preparation of management reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Experience with internal controls, compliance with local tax and statutory requirements, and audit preparation and support.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and financial modeling, and comfort working with cloud-based ERP or accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to accuracy and detail in financial data.
- Robust communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and train team members on financial processes and Zoho tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or a multi-property environment.
