Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Relationship Manager to join our Residential Sales team. The role involves meeting property owners and customers, conducting property visits, building strong relationships, and driving successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet and build relationships with property owners and customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, location and preferences.
- Conduct property/site visits and coordinate with customers.
- Explain property details, pricing and NoBroker services.
- Follow up with customers and property owners to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and support deal closures.
- Onboard property owners and assist with property listings.




- Maintain accurate customer and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility
- PUC / Diploma / Graduation mandatory.
- 1–3 years of Field Sales experience.
- Real Estate / BFSI / Telecom / Retail / Insurance experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English + any one regional language.
- Bike and valid driving licence mandatory.
- Smartphone mandatory.
- Comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
