- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, closing deals, and working towards defined revenue targets.
- Basic understanding of Finance concepts to discuss pricing, payment terms, and value propositions confidently.
- Knowledge of Insurance or related financial products is an advantage, with the ability to explain benefits and coverage to customers.
- Previous experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development, preferably in services or financial sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage time effectively, and handle travel for client visits as required.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; additional sales or marketing certifications are beneficial.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM software) for maintaining records and preparing reports.
