? Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand + incentives up to ₹1,00,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire rental properties and build property supply.
- Generate tenant leads and drive bookings.
- Meet property owners and tenants through field visits.
- Negotiate deals and convert leads into bookings.
- Coordinate with owners, tenants, and local brokers.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Note: This is a 100% field sales role and requires regular fieldwork.
