What You’ll Do

- Provide on-site technical support, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer locations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical training for customer teams
- Work with sales and R&D; teams to share field feedback and resolve technical issues
- Prepare site reports, technical documentation, and service records
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a field engineering, application, or service role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, panels, drives, motors, or automation (as relevant to your product line)
- Ability to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and schematics




- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Transparent communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel and work at client sites
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PLC/SCADA or testing instruments is a plus
