Role Description This is a full-time, in office Fertility Nurse role based at Nova IVF Fertility in Jaipur.

The Fertility

Nurse will provide specialized nursing care to individuals and couples undergoing fertility assessment and IVF treatments, including patient education, counselling, and emotional support. Daily responsibilities include coordinating treatment schedules, preparing patients for procedures, assisting physicians and embryologists during fertility and IVF interventions, and monitoring patients before and after procedures. The role involves administering medications,



maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and supporting quality assurance initiatives.

The Fertility

Nurse will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to deliver patient-centric, evidence-based fertility care.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Nursing, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge in a fertility and reproductive health setting.
- Hands-on experience or training in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and IVF Nursing, including familiarity with ART procedures and protocols.
- Deep interest and competence in Fertility care, including patient counselling, treatment coordination, and long-term case follow-up.
- Valid nursing registration (GNM/B.Sc Nursing or equivalent) and compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to support patients through emotionally sensitive treatments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow strict clinical and laboratory protocols.
- Prior experience in fertility, obstetrics, gynecology, or women’s health is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment and adapt to evolving treatment practices and technologies.
