Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and guest-oriented F&B; Captain with 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with prior experience working in a Pan-Asian or Japanese cuisine restaurant. The candidate should have robust knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, menu offerings, and the ability to lead the service team while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, and dining experience.
- Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and handle guest requests professionally.
- Possess good knowledge of Pan-Asian and Japanese cuisine, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation styles.
- Explain menu offerings, recommend dishes, and suggest food and beverage pairings to guests.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor table management, order accuracy, and service flow.




- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Guide and supervise service staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation.
- Assist in staff briefings, training, and daily operational activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an F&B; Captain or Senior Steward in a reputed restaurant.
- Prior experience in a Pan-Asian or Japanese cuisine restaurant is preferred.
- Good understanding of Japanese and Pan-Asian food concepts, ingredients, and menu terminology.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant service standards and table management.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Professional grooming, positive attitude, and a guest-first approach.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
