Ethnic Wear Designer – Value Retail
- Looking for a creative and commercially driven Ethnic Wear Designer with 1–3 years of experience in women’s ethnic/value retail.
- Develop seasonal collections across kurtas, kurtis, dresses, co-ords, SKD and ethnic bottoms.
- Robust understanding of Indian ethnic silhouettes, prints, embroideries, colours, fabrics and garment details.
- Conduct trend, market and competitor research to develop relevant and commercially viable designs.
- Create mood boards, colour stories, print/embroidery concepts and technical/flat sketches.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, sampling and production teams from concept to final product.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & AI softwares with a strong eye for detail, colour and commercial fashion.
