Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer role based in Faridabad.

The Fashion

Designer will conceptualize and develop current collections, create sketches and technical drawings, and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments in alignment with brand aesthetics and target markets. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with pattern makers and production teams, overseeing fittings, refining garment construction details, and ensuring designs meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. The role also involves researching trends, colors, and materials, incorporating embroidery and textile techniques into designs,



and providing clear design specifications to sampling and production units.

The Fashion

Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support seasonal launches and ongoing product improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong fashion design and fashion concept development skills, including the ability to translate trends into cohesive collections.
- Knowledge of textiles and fabric properties, with the ability to select appropriate materials for comfort, durability, and visual appeal.
- Experience with embroidery techniques and decorative detailing for apparel design.
- Proficiency in fittings, garment construction understanding, and ability to collaborate with pattern and sampling teams.
- Relevant design software skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD tools) for creating sketches and technical packs.
- Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work within brand guidelines and production constraints.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Faridabad.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or a related field, and prior experience in apparel design or garment manufacturing is preferred.
