Role Description The Fashion Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring jewelry styling experience to clients. In this role, the consultant will greet and engage customers, understand their preferences and occasions, and recommend Isharya pieces that complement their style and enhance their overall look.

The Fashion

Consultant will provide detailed product information, demonstrate styling options, and assist clients with complete looks for events, everyday wear, and special occasions. Daily activities include maintaining visual merchandising standards,



managing stock on the sales floor, processing transactions, and supporting store promotions. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, capturing customer feedback, and collaborating with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold Isharya’s brand image.

Qualifications

- Strong Fashion Consulting and styling abilities with an eye for trends and jewelry coordination.
- Solid Product Knowledge of jewelry materials, collections, and design stories to guide client choices.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients confidently and professionally.
- Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on creating memorable, high-quality in-store experiences.
- Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
- Prior experience in fashion, jewelry retail, or luxury retail environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak seasons, with strong reliability and time management.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages; comfort using point-of-sale systems and digital tools.
- A passion for fashion and accessories, with a professional, well-groomed presentation aligned with the brand.
