Role & responsibilities :

- Occupational Health: Conduct pre-employment, periodic and fitness medical examinations.
- Emergency Medical Care: Handle workplace injuries, accidents and medical emergencies.
- Health Surveillance: Monitor employees exposed to occupational hazards such as dust, noise, chemicals and heat.
- Medical Fitness: Assess employees' fitness for specific jobs and recommend necessary restrictions.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act provisions and occupational health requirements.
- Medical Records: Maintain employee health records, medical examination reports and accident-related medical documentation.
- OHC Management: Manage the Occupational Health Centre (OHC), medical staff, medicines and emergency equipment.
- Health Awareness:



Conduct health awareness programmes, wellness initiatives and preventive health check-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) preferred/required as applicable
