About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to oversee the complete operations of our knitwear export manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, operational efficiency, manpower management, quality standards, cost control, and timely execution of customer orders.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in knitwear manufacturing, preferably in an export-oriented garment factory, with the ability to lead multiple departments and ensure smooth coordination between production, merchandising, sampling, fabric, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities





- Oversee end-to-end factory operations and production planning.
- Manage production teams, supervisors, and departmental heads.
- Monitor production targets, line efficiency, and manpower productivity.
- Ensure quality standards and timely order execution.
- Coordinate with merchandising, sampling, fabric, and quality teams.
- Control production costs, wastage, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth execution of buyer orders and shipment schedules.

Requirements

- Solid experience in knitwear garment manufacturing.
- Previous experience in an export garment factory preferred.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and meet production deadlines.
