We are having chance for Facility Manager for an multinational company

(JDE) – Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all facility operations and maintenance
- Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure
- Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP
- Ensure 100% utility availability for production
- Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs
- Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements
- Plan facility improvement and cost-saving projects
- Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts
- Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal)
- Lead emergency response and breakdown management
- Develop and lead facility team, training, and performance

- Utility Availability ≥ 99%
- PM Compliance ≥ 95%
- Energy Cost Reduction
- Zero Safety Incidents = 0
- AMC Compliance = 100%
- Budget Control = Within Budget
- Audit Compliance = 100%

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
