Experience: 5-10 Years in Hospital Facility Management

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for overall facility operations, maintenance, safety, security, and compliance of the hospital to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning as per NABH standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Facility Operations & Maintenance: Oversee complete facility management including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, DG Sets, STP/WTP. Ensure 24x7 functioning of all critical hospital utilities and equipment. Preventive maintenance planning and execution

.2. Housekeeping & Security: Manage housekeeping, cleaning, linen, and waste management (BMW).Manage security team, CCTV, access control, and overall hospital safety.

1. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with NABH, Fire NOC, Pollution Control, BMW, AERB, PNDT and other statutory licenses. Conduct regular fire safety drills, safety audits, and mock drills.



Maintain all compliance files and documentation for inspections

.4. Vendor Management: Manage AMC contracts for all engineering and non-clinical equipment. Negotiate with vendors, control facility costs and budgets.
1. Team Management: Lead and manage team of Engineers, Supervisors, Housekeeping and Security staff. Roster, duty allocation, training and performance management.
2. Administration: Inventory management for facility materials. Coordination with all clinical and non-clinical departments. Handling patient/visitor complaints related to facility.
