With a portfolio of six brands, including Amaru, Soi Wasabi, The Smokey Kitchen, Comida, What's Your Plan? and DJRS Catering, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team.

Position: F&B; Steward

Department: Food & Beverage

Location: Zilch, Breach Candy, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas.
- Wash, clean, and organize crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure service stations are properly stocked and organized.
- Assist with buffet setup, clearing, and basic service preparations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and food service operations.
- Positive communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to operational requirements.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
