1. Total 8-10 years of experience of Experience in BPM industry/SSC
2. Skilled with Postgraduate/CA/CMA/CPA, IFRS/USGAAP is recommended
3. Hands on exposure to P2P/O2C/R2R and FPnA/ US Tax/Indian GST
4. Passionate to take training sessions and build training content.
5. Exposure to ERP’s and various FnA tools – Technology friendly
6. Good communication and presentation skills
7. AI Knowledge – Prompt Engg, Power BI knowledge good to have along with AI tools – Claude/ Co-pilot/ Gemini exposure
8. 2 Open Position for Bangalore Location

10. Candidates with 30 days NP, Candidates with 45days of NP & candidates who are already in NP.
Candidate should be able to understand below points
1. Build and conduct Trainings and certifications in FnA space
