Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Export Sales

Manager will oversee international sales activities, identify new markets, and develop business opportunities for natural stones, electrical wires, lighting solutions, and switchgears.

Responsibilities include managing export documentation and compliance, building and maintaining relationships with global distributors and clients, and negotiating contracts and pricing. The role involves preparing sales forecasts, developing business plans, tracking performance against targets, and coordinating with production, logistics,



and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Manager will also monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Business Planning and International Business to develop and execute effective market-entry and growth strategies.
- Proven experience in Export and International Sales, including handling documentation, compliance, and global client relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales capabilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and margin targets.
- Knowledge of industrial products (e.g., electrical wires, lighting solutions, switchgears, natural stones) or related sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with diverse international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and travel internationally as required.
