About the roleWe are looking for a compassionate, well-spoken and organized Medical Counselor to guide domestic and international patients through their treatment journey. You will be the patient's first point of contact — understanding their medical needs, connecting them with the right doctors and hospitals, and supporting them from first inquiry to follow-up. Freshers with a healthcare background and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply; full training will be provided. Key responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from domestic and international patients over calls, WhatsApp, email and website leads, and respond on time.
- Understand each patient's condition, counsel them on treatment options, and guide them on doctors, hospitals and estimated costs.
- Collect and organize medical reports and share them with doctors and partner hospitals for opinion and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with hospitals, consultants and internal teams to get quotes, treatment plans and timelines.
- Schedule consultations, hospital admissions, procedures and follow-up appointments.
- Follow up regularly with patients to convert inquiries into confirmed cases.
- For international patients, assist with medical visa invitation letters, travel, airport pickup, accommodation and other logistics.
- Maintain accurate patient records and keep the CRM updated at every stage.
- Stay in touch after treatment for follow-ups, feedback and testimonials.




- Ensure every patient gets a smooth, caring and personalized experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following:
- Hospital Administration
- Psychology
- Nursing
- Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Pharmacy
- Healthcare Management or a related healthcare discipline
- Fresher to 1 months of experience in medical tourism, patient counseling, hospital front office, healthcare coordination or a similar role.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written) is mandatory; good Hindi is required for domestic patients.
- Confident on calls, polite and empathetic with patients and families.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Organized, quick learner and able to handle multiple patients at once.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, patient-centric environment.

Preferred skills
- Internship or training in a hospital, clinic or medical tourism company.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and common treatments.
- Any additional language such as Arabic, French, Russia, Bengali or Swahili will be a strong advantage.
- Experience in tele-calling, customer support or sales counseling.n
