Role Description The Event Management Intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and brand activations. This full-time on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, venue arrangements, and timelines. The intern will help create event briefs, collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote events, and support onsite operations such as registration, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-ups.

Daily tasks may include preparing reports, maintaining event documentation,



researching event opportunities, and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility through experiential marketing. The role offers hands-on training and exposure to integrated marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess interest or experience in Training and coordinating teams or volunteers.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Marketing and brand promotion activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
