Role & responsibilities

1. Decarburization Strategy Development & Benchmarking

- Conduct baseline emissions assessment (Scope 1 & 2)
- Set science-based targets
- Develop decarburization pathways (renewable energy, energy efficiency, operational optimization)

1. ESG Data Collection, Monitoring & Reporting

- Establish ESG data system and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs
- Communicate performance to stakeholders

1. ETP Operations Oversight

- Review daily logs and shift reports
- Ensure protected chemical storage and handling
- Ensure regulatory compliance

1. Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

- Coordinate with EPR consultant
- Maintain documentation (invoices, declarations, certificates)

1. CPCB Data Submission & Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure submission of Form 4 & Form 5
- Maintain compliance with environmental regulations

1. Social Responsibility & Inclusion

- Implement social responsibility and inclusion initiatives
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous waste

Qualification: Postgraduate specialization in ESG, CSR, or Sustainability / Masters Degree in Sustainability Management / Environmental Engineering / Social Development / MBA (preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3–8 years in manufacturing / process industry handling ESG operations

Technical: Diploma in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety – Govt. recognize Knowledge of NBC, State Fire Act, Factory Act Experience in FRA, emergency planning, fire load calculations ISO 45001 awareness and audit support experience
