Role & responsibilities

- Understanding the Concessionaires Equipment Installation and manpower deployment Plan as per their Bid submitted and accordingly advising Authority on technical aspects.
- Certification of penalty for non-achievement of guaranteed savings / event of default, recommendations during force majeure event, penalty for not meeting the performance indicators, etc.
- Reconciliation of energy savings with ESCOM bills as per the tariff rates of respective financial year
- Prepare project implementation and monitoring schedule for implementation and O&M; phase based on the life cycle of the fixtures, CCMS components and other requisite activities and submit to Authority to ensure proactive measures rather than reactive measures.
- Independently review and monitor works carried out to ensure quality and performance compliance by the PPP Concessionaire
- Review matters related to statutory requirements, safety and environment management measures adopted by PPP Concessionaire




- Assist the Authority in estimating savings and coordinating for reducing sanctioned load of each of the street light metering point periodically based on the recent load after the installation of LED lights.
- Guiding authority in capacity addition of new LED lights
- Supervisor entire project as per concessionaire agreement and point out the issues arises
- Analysis of CCMS data and recommendation for improving the performance of LED streetlights. Prepare and submit periodic energy audit reports based on the CCMS data
- Establish a methodology on accurate calculation of the specific energy consumption of various products/ services or activity of the firm.
- Validation and certification of actual energy savings and recommendation for periodic payments to Concessionaire
- Monitoring of fund utilisations for the project & recommending corrective actions, as required.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Report

Preferred candidate profile Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years experience

Qualification:

M.E/M.Tech in Power Systems Engineering or B.E/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
