Employability Skills Trainer - 2-3 years of experience

Role

To enhance the employability and holistic development of trainees by imparting essential soft skills, communication skills, and workplace readiness training — thereby supporting successful placements and career growth. The role also carries a standing responsibility to strengthen the training team's own capability through structured Continuous Professional Development (CPD), in line with SRSDC's.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Facilitation

Deliver structured modules on communication skills, teamwork, leadership, workplace etiquette, and emotional intelligence. Conduct sessions on interview preparation, resume writing, digital literacy, and skilled presentation.

Use interactive methodologies — role plays, group discussions, case studies, simulations — to engage learners.

Provide personalized mentoring and guidance to trainees for confidence building and career readiness.

1. Employability Development

Align training with industry expectations and placement requirements. Facilitate workshops on problem-solving, critical thinking,



and adaptability.

Support trainees in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and workplace ethics.

Collaborate with placement teams to ensure employability skills match job market needs.

Identify emerging employability trends and recommend targeted CPD interventions or external certifications.

1. Assessment & Reporting

Design and administer assessments to evaluate trainees' employability skills. Track progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of training sessions, trainee performance, and outcomes.

Contribute to MIS documentation and quality audits.

1. Collaboration & Support

Work closely with technical trainers to integrate soft skills with vocational training. Liaise with industry partners to update training content as per evolving requirements.

Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
